Issued a few Warnings with the UHP's TACT unit. Good or Bad?

OK, so I rode and issed a few tickets with the UHP's TACT (Ticketing Agressive Cars and Trucks) program. The cops were pretty cool first off. They were very concerned with the safety of those who share the roads with everyone.

 So I posted a video a few months back of a cat not backing down from an Alligator, here's a video of a cat having a little one on one with a dolphin...Yeah I know dolphins are loveable anyway, but still! I bet a dog would've ran away, lol
