Well The Utah Dept of Transportation introduced the new Electronic Express Lanes on Monday....if you've been to Florida you've seen these toll lanes before, for the most part the tolls are under 50 cents. These lanes are stretched over I-15 from Lehi to 2300 North in North Salt Lake. In addition to the Legacy Parkway that opened in 2008 and the new Pioneer Crossing that just opened the Express Toll Lanes should help out on the daily commutes on I-15 and make the ride to and from work or school a little smoother. Drivers can purchase a Transponder for $8.75 that will automatically charge your account for each zone used. For more info go to http://www.udot.utah.gov/expresslanes/
