Some guidelines before you upload your file:
- By uploading your song, you give U92 permission to publish the file for U92Online users to listen to.
- You certify that there are no legal issues surrounding your song such as samples that may need be cleared.
- You certify that this song is really yours - and not somebody else's material, copyrighted or otherwise.
- While U92Online will make every effort to protect your original file and intellectual property, you understand that users may record your music from our site in which we have no control over their resulting distribution of your music.
- U92 may not publish your song! There may be a variety of reasons that U92 will not publish your song including but not limited to poor quality of recording, questionable content or inappropriate language, questionable legality issue (stolen music or intellectual property), etc.
- You certify that you have made necessary edits for language and content to meet our online and broadcast standards to the best of your knowledge and abilitity.
- You will provide a valid email address for contact if we decide to not only publish your song online but also play it on the air.
- You must have a valid compressed file in MP3 format to upload and be considered for publication.
