As the “Django Unchained” actress, Daniele Watts; left the CBS studios in San Fernando Valley, California, Thursday afternoon, witnesses called the police saying that she was having sex with her boyfriend. When the police showed up she tried to pull the race card on him.
Daniele claims that she was harassed and hurt by cops after she had made out with her boyfriend in her car, after that she complained that the cop was being racist against her for being African-American.
It’s the witness’s word against hers, from a nearby Art Directors Guild office, witnesses told the cops that they had watched Daniele and her boyfriend have full-on sex in the passenger’s seat with the door wide open.
According to the eyewitnesses, Daniele’s boyfriend was sitting in the seat with her straddling him and that the scene was for everyone to see. Another eyewitness told the cops that they had cleaned themselves up with a tissue afterwards.
In the police audio of the incident, Watts pulls the race card instantly, then once that doesn’t work she pulls the fame card and says that she is going to call her publicist. After that she continues to storm off and refuses to show the police officer, Sgt. Jim Parker her I.D.
What do you think about this one? Should Daniele be charged with any sort of offense for PDA?

On Tuesday Janay Rice, wife of the suspended NFL player Ray Rice, bashed the media about the elevator tape that was recently released by TMZ. In her response, she stood by her husband’s side.
A day after the Baltimore Ravens fired Ray Rice and the league suspended him for knocking his wife out during a fight, Janay responded by saying that the situation was a nightmare.
“To make us relive a moment in our lives that we regret every day is a horrible thing,” Janay wrote on an Instagram post. “To take something away from the man I love that he has worked his ass off for all his life just to gain ratings is a horrific."
Rice was weeks away from returning to the gridiron when the elevator tape was released. The video shows him punching his then-fiancée and dragging her limp body out of an Atlantic City casino elevator.
On Tuesday, his wife said she feels like she is mourning the death of her closest friend.
“No one knows the pain that the media & unwanted options from the public has caused my family,” she said. “If your intentions were to hurt us, embarrass us, make us feel alone, take all happiness away, you’ve succeeded on so many levels. Just know we will continue to grow & show the world what real love is!”
Janay then proceeded to defend her husband on ESPN later that night.
“I love my husband. I support him. I want people to respect our privacy in this family matter,” Janay said, according to the network.
Ray then proceeded to apologize to his fans, the owner of the Ravens and everyone who was affected by the situation. Yet with this opportunity he did not apologize to his wife.
Janay also blamed herself along with the media.
What is your opinion on this? Does Ray deserve another opportunity or not?

But according to Radar Online, Mathew Knowles (Beyoncé’s father) says that it was all a staged trick. Although he and Beyoncé haven’t had the best relationship for the last few years, he claims that things are fine between them and that he still speaks with his daughter.
“We still talk every Sunday. She’s still the humble, generous person that she’s always been,” said Knowles. Although they currently have a good relationship, things may begin to get rocky again when she hears what he had to say about their elevator incident.
Mathew then added that Beyoncé and Jay used that drama to get people engaged in the On The Run tour. “I know because we have done this. From experience, there’s a tour going on. So sometimes you have to ignite that tour. It’s called a Jedi Mind trick. The Jedi mind trick fools you a lot,” he stated.
