As most of you probably know, Snoop Dogg posted continuously on Instagram about Iggy Azalea yesterday. Not only was he posting images of her but he was continuously dissing her via social media.
Snoop began by posting a photo of Iggy without any makeup and this led to Iggy going on a Twitter rant about him basically saying that he was acting two-faced, that in person he acted like they were cool.
Instead of apologizing, Snoop decided to continue posting memes about the rapper and upsetting her even more. He even posted an image of Nicki Minaj with a caption that said Iggy doesn’t write her own raps.
Iggy then turned to Twitter to respond to Snoop’s behavior.
She tweeted, “for the record I only had an issue with the meme in the first place because he acts another way to my face, he even follows me. But the real joke here is the middle aged man who’s butt hurt I asked why he was pulling a Regina George move on social media.”
This afternoon Snoop took it upon himself to apologize to Iggy by saying, “I just got off the phone with my homeboy Tip, king of Atlanta, and it’s officially over. No more bad talk. I apologize. Yeah, I apologize. I won’t do it again.”
Who’s side do you take?
There’s been rumors about Snoop Dog working on a new album, some of them say that he is working with Pharrell, others that he is putting in work with Stevie Wonders and also Skateboard P saying that the record is better than his own, but Snoop Dog himself has officially confirmed it.
In an interview with MTV, Snoop confirmed that the record’s production is managed entirely by Pharrell. He also assured his fans that is will sound like nothing they have ever heard from him before.
“It’s a great record me and Pharrell did it from top to bottom. It feels good and I’m happy to be back in the studio working with one of my favorite producers and homeboys,” said Snoop. “It’s different –it’s completely different than anything we’ve ever done. It feels good, sounds good, looks good,” he added.
He also added that he is keeping it OG this time around, “Snoop Dogg –he’ll be on my album. Just Snoop Dogg with two Gs, baby.”
